The SLG65‑C double‑screw extrusion main machine is developed based on mature double‑screw extrusion technology combined with our company’s years‑long R&D experience in extruded‑food technology, which meets the application requirements for domestic extruded‑food production.

It adapts to a wide range of raw materials such as corn, rice, millet, black rice, mung bean, buckwheat and other grains. Supported by auxiliary processes including forced extrusion, conveying, extruding, forming, drying, oil spraying and seasoning, it can produce various flavored extruded snacks and instant congee (paste) products.

Production Line Application

It can simplify the traditional processing procedures of small extruded snacks. With corn, rice, millet, vegetables, seafood and other materials as raw materials, it produces extruded foods of various flavors and shapes, such as mainstream full‑extruded snacks on the market including Kras, Guai Guai Crisp, Baby Crisp and Wheat Loops.

It is available for producing instant congee (paste) products with favorable instant‑solubility. The finished products can be eaten after mixing with warm boiled water for 2 minutes. Processable products include breakfast‑and‑dinner congee, supplementary congee for students, infant congee, elderly‑oriented congee, extruded camellia oleifera paste, instant congee, nutritional congee, mixed‑grain congee, jade‑milk custard, black‑sesame paste, as well as various local‑flavor congee (paste) products.

It produces granular‑grain congee and flake‑congee products. The finished goods feature good rehydration performance, resist disintegration during brewing‑cooking, and deliver smooth mouthfeel together with rich grain aroma.

It can produce cold‑food fillings, pastry fillings and solid‑powder filling raw materials. Cold‑drink manufacturers may adopt this equipment to make fillings for ice‑cream and sundae, which helps control production costs, optimize product texture, improve slurry viscosity and expansion rate, and enhance shape‑retention, dissolution‑resistance and thermal‑shock stability of finished products. It can process pastry fillings to stabilize product texture, enrich taste and flavor, and optimize energy consumption. It produces filling raw materials for solid beverages, applicable for peanut‑milk powder, soybean‑milk powder and other products. It can also perform raw‑material pre‑treatment for liquor‑brewing enterprises, helping shorten saccharification and fermentation cycles, improve production‑line equipment utilization and boost production efficiency.

This machine consists of five parts: extrusion system, lubrication system, thrust mechanism, transmission system and heating system.

The core components of the double‑screw extrusion system are screws and screw sleeves. Both screws are of left‑hand structure, intermeshing and co‑rotating. During operation, they scrape off materials adhered to the screw surfaces and convey materials forward. The screw adopts a seven‑section combined structure with pitches of 48 mm, 36 mm, 24 mm and 20 mm in sequence, and the pitch of the end‑section screw is 24 mm. Four semicircular grooves are evenly arranged along the axial direction. All threads are trapezoidal threads with a thread depth of 9.5 mm, which increases the contact area between materials and sleeves, facilitates absorption of external heat and promotes material gelatinization. When materials pass through the final‑section screw, they are fully subjected to shearing action, accumulate internal energy and complete extrusion expansion. The screws are connected by spline sleeves to form integrated concentric screws. The connection structure features good interchangeability and convenient disassembly‑assembly for easy replacement of spare parts.

The lubrication system is composed of gear pump, oil tank and oil circuit, which provides forced lubrication and cooling for all rotating parts inside the distribution box.
