Main Structure

This machine is mainly composed of frame, drive system, automatic feeding system, extrusion system, thrust system, heating system, cooling system, forming system, rotary‑cutting system, shaft‑removing device and electrical control system.

The core of the extrusion system consists of screw and barrel. The screw adopts four‑stage compression design with low‑shear and high‑compression structure, which adapts to production processes of various products under low‑temperature and high‑temperature conditions. Differentiated compression ratios are set for four‑stage compression, enabling gradient compression and sufficient kneading of materials under different temperature conditions, so as to obtain compact tissue structure and favorable expansion effect of finished products. Longitudinal grooves are arranged on the inner wall of the barrel to increase friction coefficient with materials and improve material conveying efficiency.
