Overview of Production Line:
The rice straw production line mainly uses rice and starch as raw materials, and goes through processes such as extrusion, molding, cooling, drying, and secondary cooling. It can process biodegradable beverage straws of different lengths and diameters.
The appearance of the produced rice straw is similar to that of a conventional plastic straw, with edible and completely biodegradable characteristics, suitable for use in cold and hot beverage scenarios, and in line with the development direction of environmentally friendly food packaging.
The entire production line is easy to operate, occupies less space, has a high level of automation, and the comprehensive production cost is controllable. The products have good added value and can be used as a reference for food processing enterprises to choose from.
