Production Line Overview

The puffed leisure snack production line adopts high‑temperature and high‑pressure processing technology. Compatible with various grain raw materials including corn flour, rice flour and wheat flour, it realizes synchronous extrusion processing via the twin‑screw main unit to produce popular market‑leading puffed sandwich snacks such as wheat‑flavored chicken nuggets, sandwich rice crackers and sesame sticks. After replacing matched moulds and auxiliary equipment, the line can also manufacture nutritional powder, grain‑flake porridge and various shaped puffed leisure snacks.
