Production Line Overview

Spiral‑shell‑macaroni food production line uses potato starch, corn starch and flour as raw materials. By adopting extrusion forming technology, it processes secondary puffed food with various shapes.

The complete production line has reasonable layout design and high‑level automation with precise control over extrusion process parameters. The main machine is equipped with high‑low pressure screw structure, which expands the range of applicable raw materials, helps control production costs and improves finished‑product quality.

The equipment can produce a wide variety of secondary puffed food in shapes of spiral, shell, round tube, square tube, ring, cartoon figure and sports‑themed figure to enrich product options.
