Equipment Brief Introduction

The SLG70 double‑screw main food machine is developed based on mature double‑screw extrusion technology combined with our company’s years‑long R&D experience in extruded‑food processes to satisfy domestic extruded‑food production demands. The machine supports a wide range of raw materials, including corn, rice, soybean, black rice, mung bean, buckwheat and other grains.

Variable‑frequency speed‑regulating systems are equipped for feeding, rotary cutting and main drive to deliver sufficient power and stable operation.The extrusion system is fitted with six sets of temperature‑control units and automatic cooling devices for precise and stable temperature control.Hanging‑type die (cutter) assembly seat is adopted to improve the replacement efficiency of dies and cutters.Double‑screw forced feeding together with photoelectric‑eye tracking structure ensures uniform material feeding and reduces material shortage.Raw‑material conditioning system is optional to help optimize finished‑product quality.

Equipment Structure

The main machine consists of seven main parts. The cabinet undertakes transmission and power distribution functions. Two gear shafts inside the distribution box output two sets of co‑rotating power to drive the two screws. Long and short gears form a triangular transmission structure with the lower main shaft. Two sets of helical gears bear torque and radial thrust transmitted by the screws respectively.
