The machine adopts touch‑screen PLC centralized control for precise and convenient operation.It is fitted with building‑block combined screws, which can be flexibly assembled for different raw materials and product types.The alloy‑steel screw features hardness of HRC≥62 and excellent service durability.Wear‑resistant alloy sleeves are embedded inside the barrel to effectively extend the service life of the equipment.The barrel is provided with cooling circulation channels together with PID closed‑loop temperature‑control system, delivering high temperature‑control accuracy and favorable temperature stability.Water‑injection ports are reserved on the barrel to satisfy processing requirements of various raw materials and optimize finished‑product quality.Direct‑connection transmission structure between motor and distribution box is adopted to reduce energy loss effectively.The distribution box is equipped with NSK imported bearing sets with excellent load‑bearing capacity and stable operation.Designed with large length‑diameter ratio and fitted with pressure sensor, the machine is suitable for professional production of plant‑based textured protein.
