Equipment Overview

The high‑temperature drying oven uses burners as the heat source and adopts rotary drum drying technology. It is mainly applied to the drying processing of materials such as corn flakes. The equipment features good drying uniformity and can effectively meet the drying process standards for materials. Equipped with a mature temperature‑control device, it allows flexible setting of drying temperature according to the processing requirements of different materials. Accurate and stable temperature control guarantees the overall quality of dried materials.

Precautions

1. The high‑temperature drying oven shall be installed horizontally with its anchor bolts securely fixed to avoid vibration caused by uneven stress which may affect normal operation of the equipment.

2. The power supply circuit of the equipment shall be equipped with a knife switch or air switch for convenient daily maintenance. Reliable earthing protection shall be implemented for the equipment to ensure electrical safety.

Operating Instructions

1. Before starting the equipment, check whether all connecting parts and burner gas circuit connections are firm, and verify for loose electrical connections. Meanwhile, clear all debris inside the drying drum.

2. Turn on the heating knob and set the corresponding drying temperature according to material process requirements. After the temperature reaches the processing standard, activate the drum rotation button to start the drive motor. Check the operating status of each component of the equipment. Operation can only be carried out after confirming no abnormal noise and normal running condition.
