Equipment Introduction
The triangular cutter is used in conjunction with twin‑screw equipment, mainly for forming and cooling treatment of three‑dimensional composite puffed food. Materials are fed through the cooling guide frame into the composite forming machine for composite processing. The main body of the equipment is made of stainless steel, and its welding joints are treated with special processes for a smooth and attractive appearance.
Featuring reasonable layout, compact structure and convenient operation, the equipment can meet various processing‑parameter requirements of customers.
Meanwhile, to facilitate connection with downstream equipment, the discharge end of the triangular composite forming machine is equipped with an extended conveyor, which helps deliver materials to the next process and improves production continuity.

Main Technical Parameters
Composite Roller Driving Power: 1.5×4 kW
Production Capacity: Subject to main machine
Overall Dimension of Composite Forming Machine: 1150×1550×1400 mm
Weight of Composite Machine: 550 kg
Installation Instructions
1. Place the equipment at the discharge front‑end of the twin‑screw main machine according to the production‑line layout, in a well‑ventilated and dry area. Select flat and solid ground and fix the anchor bolts to ensure stable equipment placement, avoiding uneven stress on the machine body which may affect normal operation.
2. After the triangular composite forming machine is fixed, push the low‑position end of the extended conveyor into the interior of the triangular composite forming machine.
3. Equip each unit with a matched knife‑switch for power supply, and implement reliable earthing protection for the equipment.
4. Switch on the power supply for no‑load trial operation, and check whether there is any abnormal equipment operation.
Operating Instructions
1. Before startup, check the tightening status of all connecting parts of the equipment, confirm proper gaps of composite rollers and traction pressing rollers, and inspect the electrical circuits for loose connections.
2. Adjust the position of the equipment guide device with reference to the position of the main machine.
3. Switch on the power supply of the equipment and start the driving motor, confirm that all components rotate in the forward direction.
4. In formal production, after the discharging status of the main machine becomes stable, feed the composite single sheets extruded by the main machine through the cooling rack and guide device into the traction pressing rollers. Adjust the roller speed to match the traction speed, composite speed and discharging speed with one another.
5. Fine‑tune the gaps between composite rollers and traction pressing rollers. Lock the adjusting nuts after achieving ideal composite effect, then continuous production can be carried out.
6. Afterwards, push the extended conveyor into the interior of the triangular composite forming machine.
7. Adjust the spacing between this machine and the upstream and downstream equipment according to production working conditions.
