Equipment Introduction
The rice‑crust cutter is a supporting device for pasta main machines, applicable to the traction and cutting procedure of the main‑machine production line. It can realize two processing styles: straight cut and oblique cut. With well‑organized structural layout and attractive appearance, the equipment is equipped with a variable‑frequency speed‑regulation system. The cutting length can be flexibly adjusted, and the traction speed can be modified according to the discharging working condition of the main machine.
Technical Parameters
Cutting Drive Power: 0.55 kW
Traction Drive Power: 0.37 kW
Overall Dimensions: 2300×830×1100 mm
Production Capacity: Subject to main machine
Weight: 250 kg
Installation and Corresponding Adjustments
1. Place the equipment about 2‑3 meters away from the main machine, and complete the assembly and connection of the traction and cutting sections.
2. Level the anchor bolts to ensure stable equipment placement, avoid uneven stress on the machine body which may affect normal operation.
3. It is recommended to install a knife‑switch (or air‑circuit breaker) in the power supply circuit of the equipment to isolate it from mains power for convenient inspection and maintenance. Implement reliable earthing or neutral‑line protection for the equipment to guarantee electrical safety.
Operation and Commissioning
1. Check the tightening condition of all connecting parts, and retighten loose positions in a timely manner.
2. Turn on the start switch to activate the traction motor and cutting motor, confirm all components rotate normally without abnormal noise during operation.
3. For formal production, adjust the front flow‑dividing frame. After the main machine discharges materials evenly, adjust the rotating speed of the traction motor to synchronize the material conveying speed with the discharging speed of the main machine. Materials pass through the flow‑dividing frame and material‑pressing rollers into the cutting unit. Adjust the rotating speed of the cutting motor to set the cutting length of materials to the specification required for production.
