Main Structure

Working Process

The feeding elevator starts to convey materials to the automatic weighing equipment. The feeding elevator stops when the material reaches the set weight. The continuously rotating octagonal drum receives materials discharged from the automatic weighing equipment. The base rotates by 180° to switch to the second working station, and the side slurry‑spraying device starts spraying slurry. Upon reaching the set duration, the powder‑spreading device begins powder spreading. After the preset time elapses, the cylinder at the base of the octagonal drum acts to dump materials onto the discharging conveyor. Once material discharging is finished, the octagonal drum resets, and its base rotates 180° back to the first working station to start the next working cycle.

While one octagonal drum performs operations at the second station, another octagonal drum receives the next batch of weighed materials from the automatic weighing equipment at the first station. The two sets of octagonal drums execute working cycles simultaneously. During the whole operation of the double‑head octagonal‑drum seasoning machine, the octagonal drums keep rotating continuously.
