Production Line Overview

The core‑filling rice cracker and rice cake puffed‑food production line is independently developed and manufactured based on mature puffing technology.

The complete production line can integrally finish raw material batching, raw material conveying, extrusion‑puffing forming, baking, flavoring coating and final‑product processing. Suitable for manufacturing a wide range of puffed foods, it can produce fragrant rice cakes, core‑filled rolls (core‑filled cakes), crispy biscuits, grain porridge, nutritional powder and other products.

When producing ordinary puffed leisure snacks, condiments, compliant food additives, food colorants and other raw materials can be added in the mixing procedure according to production requirements. By adopting moulds of different specifications, products with diverse shapes can be obtained. Various flavors can be achieved with different seasoning accessories. Differentiated production in shape, taste and color can be realized for similar products.
