Bread crumb is a widely‑used food auxiliary ingredient, mainly applied as coating material for fried western‑style foods such as fried beef steak and fried chicken legs.

The American‑style bread crumb production line independently developed by our company has reformed the conventional bread crumb manufacturing process. The whole process from raw material feeding to crushing and shaping is completed on assembly lines. It requires fewer operators, allows recycling of residual materials with zero waste output, reduces production costs and improves labor productivity.
