Production Line Overview

The rice crust, salad strip and bugle‑snack food production line adopts twin‑screw extrusion puffing technology, integrating multiple traditional processes including mixing, cooking, gelatinization, puffing and forming. The equipment requires no supporting boiler, which simplifies production procedures and delivers high‑efficiency and eco‑friendly operation. Grain raw materials such as rice flour, corn flour and wheat flour are available for selection. Product shapes can be adjusted by replacing molds. The finished salad pasta snacks and rice crust feature crispy texture and low greasiness.
